Step 1
We receive your specifications
During this phase we will discuss with you the best options for your market and give you any feedback on what we feel you may want to adjust based on our previous experience. From there, a definitive specification for the product will be drawn up.
Step 2
Create ideas and concepts for your approval
We will produce conceptual 2D and 3D designs, and layouts, so that you can visualize the product. We can then discuss any changes that are required and how you would like us to proceed. Changes at this stage are much easier to manage than later down the line.
Step 3
Turn concepts into full designs
This is where the bulk of our work is done. We take those conceptual designs that we have agreed with you and begin to take them from an idea to a product. There will be regular updates, via presentations and video calls throughout this stage, and we will endeavour to accommodate changes that may be required based on your feedback, any specification changes, or any further market research you have carried out.
Step 4
Help you step by step through the development stages
Once we have delivered the design in the form of 3D models and manufacturing drawings, prototypes will be manufactured for in-house testing. We will assist you during this phase via emails, video calls and factory visits to ensure that the product is working exactly as expected before any certification testing takes place. All drawings will then be double-checked and updated with any revisions made throughout the development.
Step 5
Assist you through certification testing
This is the final step before taking your product to market and by far the most onerous. This phase can be daunting, but we will be here to assist you, whether that is answering some questions, helping to liaise with test facilities or accompanying you to the certification tests themselves. You choose whatever level of assistance that you require.
Step 6
We’ll always be available and ready for when you want to develop your next product
Just because the project has come to an end and you now have a marketable product, doesn’t mean that the support from us will stop. We will always be available to email or call for assistance. Whether it’s six months or six years later, we will be ready and waiting to develop your next product
