We do not manufacture in production quantities. However, for certain projects we will manufacture prototypes. During a typical project we will also aid in introductions and sourcing of appropriate manufactures for your design.

Currently we use Solidworks as our primary CAD tool, alongside ANSYS for simulation. We also have AutoCAD and Inventor; but would be willing to adapt any software given the right project.

As we are not manufacturers of the components, we don’t design the tooling for manufacture. This is best done by the company that will produce the components.

In house to complement our workshop, we have a CBA (circuit breaker analyser) power frequency and PD (partial discharge) facility up to 100kV. Mechanical endurance of mechanisms can also be tested. Load testing facilities are also available.

Locally, we can also obtain BIL, power frequency, temperature rise, load testing and environmental testing with an ASTA accredited test facility.

Almost every project will include us visiting your factory. We usually visit towards the start of project to see your manufacturing facilities and then during prototyping/test preparation to assist.
