Testing switchgear of an original design can be a challenging and time-consuming experience. As test stations must remain impartial, they cannot be looked upon for advice.
Due to the many hours (of test station) experience gained by Elmecon Ltd around the world, we are able to offer any or all of the following services: -

1) Analysis of the switchgear, to advise on any problem areas before test.
2) Arrangement of test access and preparation of test schedules in the most advantageous sequence to the customer.
3) Preparation of test drawings and data required for investigation, testing and / or certification
4) Accompanying the Customer to the test station to provide both technical and logistical support.
5) Analysis of data and hardware from a failed test in order to establish the mode and cause of failure.
6) Advise on modifications to the design of failed test pieces.
